Whilst we do not have a central air-conditioning system throughout the attraction, certain areas are temperature controlled to meet the needs and welfare requirements of our animals.
During periods of exceptionally warm weather, we also introduce temporary fans and portable air-conditioning units in key areas of the attraction to help maintain a comfortable environment for both our guests and animals.
